Do I need to pay to claim my profile?
No. Claiming and verifying your profile is completely free. You can respond to reviews, edit your information and upload your social links on the Free plan.
Can I try the platform before paying?
Yes. The Free plan is permanent — claim your profile, see your reviews and respond to up to 3 per month at no cost. Upgrade to Pro when you are ready for the full toolkit.
How does the review invite system work?
On Pro, you can connect your Stripe, Whop or Kajabi account. When a student completes a purchase, Course Check automatically sends a review invite. A follow-up for verified outcome proof is sent after a set interval.
Can I embed widgets on my landing page?
Yes. Pro creators get access to embeddable trust score badges, review feeds and verified outcome badges. The code snippet works in any website builder or HTML page.
What happens if I cancel my plan?
Your public profile remains live. You keep your free tier access. Review invites, analytics and widgets are paused until you reactivate.
How are trust scores calculated?
Trust scores are calculated from verified reviews (weighted by tier), public risk signals, creator transparency and activity. No creator can pay to improve their score.
